TERMS AND CONDITION

PAYMENT METHOD

• We require 50% Down Payment from the Total Invoice at the time of order is placed
• And the balance when all the goods are ready to ship
• We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account
• We also accept payment by WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM
• We are not responsibility for any charge in transferring process
• Remittance will be responsibility for any charge (Local and Overseas Charge)
• Please email us copy of your Bank Transfer Receipt

MINIMUM ORDER

• For Wholesale price Minimum order is US$1,000
• No Minimum order for Retail

PRICE

• There are Wholesale price and Retail price that we offering
• The price is exclude Shipping Cost and Tax if there are any charge

SAMPLE ORDER

• Samples order is free of charge excluding Shipping cost
• It’s better if you have any courier account for Collect payment (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, etc) just tell us your account number and we will send the samples order directly

PROCESS TIME

• For 20ft Container will takes about 4 up to 6 weeks
• For 40ft and 40ft High Cube Container will takes about 8 up to 10 weeks
• For LCL order will takes about 2 up to 3 weeks
• Process time depends on quantity of your order and complexity.
• We will send you the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) and other related documents by email

SHIPPING LEAD TIME

• Airfreight will take about 3 up to 6 days working days to arrive at your destination
• Ocean freight will take about 3 up to 5 weeks to arrive at your destination
• Delivery time depending to Destination place

REFUND

• When Down Payment made, there is no refund or cancellation is possible

DAMAGED GOODS

• Please send us the photo if you find your goods break or damage when your goods just arrive and tell us how many items and quantity
• We will change the goods of damaged in next order
